Your appointments are very important to us at Lilly Cosmetic Clinic, it is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request 48 hours notice for reschedules or cancellations.
Please understand that when you forget about your appointment or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.
For all new and regular clients to the team at Lilly Cosmetic Clinic, we please ask to make a booking deposit. The deposit will range from $50 to full price - depending on the service you select. This can be paid when making your appointment online. If you fail to pay the booking fee in the allocated time frame of 10 minutes, your appointment will automatically be cancelled and opened up for other clients to book. This is only to ensure fairness for all clients.
The deposit will be used towards your treatment on the day.
Please also note that the booking fee is non-refundable. If you give 48 hours notice, we will hold your deposit on file for no longer than 12 months. This deposit can then be used towards any service we provide. It can not be transferred to a gift voucher. We appreciate your understanding and support.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify our team 48 hours in advance. One reschedule will not forfeit your booking deposit (so long as 48 hours' notice is given), but a second reschedule will forfeit the deposit. Please also note that the booking fee is non-refundable if you fail to attend your appointment as a no-show.
If you fail to turn up to your appointment or give less than 24 hours' notice, the full 100% cost of the service will be charged to your account. If you give less than 48 hours' notice, then the booking fee will be forfeited and/or up to 50% of the service booked will be charged to your account.
If you are unable to make your appointment online and are experiencing difficulty with the online booking portal, please contact us immediately so we can book you in manually. When booked in manually, we have two ways you can pay your bookings deposit;
1. Bank Transfer directly into Lilly Cosmetic Clinic's Commonwealth Bank account
2. Via PayPal to [email protected]
